Terms & Conditions
The following booking conditions form the basis of your contract with Shafie Travels Pte Ltd. Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. By asking us to confirm your booking, we are entitled to assume that you have had the opportunity to read these booking conditions and agree to them.
Booking your trip

Payment Details
A minimum deposit of $1500 per adult or $1000 per child must accompany to confirm the booking. The full balance must be received by us 1 month prior to departure. Bookings made within 1 month require immediate full payment. All payments are to be made via PayNow, Bank Transfer or cash.
If, for any reason, you choose to cancel more than 1 month before the trip, there will be a $200 fee and $1300 will be returned to you. If you choose to cancel less than one month before the trip, half the full payment will be refunded. A full refund will be given if the trip doesn’t proceed for any reason from company cancellation.
The price quoted
The selected travel package is fixed and it covers the inclusions mentioned in the fliers except for vaccination fees, travel insurance, personal equipment and personal expenses.
Travel insurance:
It is essential that you purchase an adequate and appropriate insurance cover for your trip.

Required: Meningococcal Meningitis Vaccine
Optional: Influenza & Pneumococcal Vaccine

Please advise us of any special requests prior to making your booking. Where possible, we will arrange to meet any such request.
